Josh Goldflam is well known in investment real estate circles as a deal maker. With a degree in business & economics, and growing up helping with the family business, Ahmadu strives to meet and understands each client’s individual needs. His career started in a leasing office in the Flatiron district & ultimately became one of their top agents. He then turned his attention to investment sales & has been actively involved ever since. He continued to expand his experience in all aspects of the industry by becoming a housing specialist and property manager overseeing 1,200 units throughout 28 buildings in the Bronx. Guy Bazanos began his commercial real estate career at Highcap. He has represented buyers and sellers in a wide range of properties, uncovering opportunities in multi-family and mixed-use buildings, development sites, and conversions. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he worked in the technology industry in account management and consulting roles, servicing major accounts in a variety of industries. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BS in Computer Science from Ohio State University

Jack Krupey has worked as both a commercial real estate broker and as a Whole Loan Trader and Asset Manager for a Wall Street Fund over his ten year career. Since joining Highcap Group, he has spearheaded their distressed asset division working with banks, hedge funds, and insurance companies looking to liquidate non-performing loans and troubled assets. Jack’s combination of traditional real estate investment sales and his Wall Street connections have allowed him to source numerous deals for Highcap’s clients.

When Michael Ferrara was only 19 years old, he began his career in Real Estate by interning at SMK Management. After graduating from Indiana University with a B.S. in Management, he began working full time for Colliers International L.I. Inc. in the Investment Sales Division. Within his first three years at Colliers, he successfully negotiated & closed numerous sales transactions. Michael's understanding of the real estate market & self-motivated personality led him to join Highcap Group in 2011 as an Investment Sales Associate. His prior work experience affords him a unique insight & understanding of the commercial real estate business & makes him a vital addition to the firm

Steve has been working for several years in real estate specifically in Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan. His exceptional understanding of the residential rental market has allowed him to assist landlords in determining efficient market rents and he has closed numerous deals through effectively negotiating with landlords and their respective tenants. Steve brings his knowledge of the real estate rental market as well as his integrity and dedication to his clients to Highcap Group. He graduated on the Dean’s List from Boston University in 2006 with a Business Degree and a Concentration in Finance. He enjoys wrestling, chess, and aspires to one day own his own commercial buildings in New York City.
